InComm Operations Manager-CHINA interview questions

Very Insincere and Irresponsible Recruiters. Wasted me lot of time!!! The HR first called me from Atlanta. Se gave me no feedback after I went to the interview. I never understand why HRs/hiring managers don’t inform the candidates of the process or give a final result to not selected candidates in time or never. It is WRONG to treat people like that. Compared with the total costs especially the time that a sincere candidate usually spends on the whole process, much shorter for a recruiting manager to give any feedback. Treat humans in a human way! After contacting and waiting for 3 weeks, I finally had a face-to-face interview scheduled after work time with the hiring manager in the Shanghai co-work place. The whole floor was in dark. The atmosphere was very creepy. She behaved too casual and not serious at all. She raised few common questions such as self-introduction then ended the interview in a rush. Except she recited the JD very fast, she either became silent, couldn’t answer my question or gave an irrelevant answer. Everything she talked in the extremely short interview could be done by a simple call much earlier that would save me a lot of time. After that, she didn’t give me any feedback either. I wish I never applied for that job!
