The interview was fairly easy. They ask basic questions about you and have you do a sales pitch. They also ask what you are wanting to make salary wise but the base is set for new hires and commission is structured and not uncapped.

Pitch the cell phone you have and why I should buy it?
Involved brief interview with the recruiter over the phone followed by an interview with the manager that I would be working under. Pretty transparent about their expectations and what the job will entail. Typical interview questions you would expect.

Ready questions off of an 8.5 x 11 piece of paper and wrote down my answers. It was 7 minutes long. Very easy interview. I don't think you should take this job but the interview is easy.
