Standard process. There were several rounds of interviews with the team and HR. The whole process was online/remote due to Covid-19. It was quite informal. There was some repetition between rounds of interviews.
Got ghosted for two times after confirming the interview (for 2 times) so I could not really say much about it. But the HR showed no respect to their candidates. Bad impression to the culture since then.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Insurance Australia Group (Melbourne) in Feb 2017
Interview
A phone interview followed by two rounds of interview. First one is with the hiring manager with another employee, second one is with someone more senior. It was relatively straightforward.
