First interview with BB, or rather in IBD industry. Wasn't expecting it to be so technical. Standard tell me about yourself, strengths/weakness, then asked if you follow the markets - i said yes, do you think (index in the market you follow) will go up or down tomorrow? Why? Pitch me a stock.
Two days of zoom interviews with a total of 3 people: associate and two vps. technical and motivational questions asked. mental maths and algo trading questions asked as my background was quantitative.
Application form, online game-based test, video interview, assessment centre. The early career recruitment team is very efficient, and the interviewers are nice. Try to prepare both behaviour and technical questions.
3 interviews in a row with three different people, was mainly behavioural, with s bit brainteaser. Overall all people are nice, they asked about my resume, my take on the market and recent news, nothing special
