An aptitude test is held on the basic aptitude of the candidate, Plus a case driven Group discussion which is usually a finance and analytical ability testing case and an interview where the basic financial knowledge of the individual is gauged, every round has short-listing and criterion of there own
Was a seamless experience and went smooth. My key takeaway was to keep it crisp and clear and also be good in soft skills. One more thing to add in her, was to always demonstrate the learning attitude and show the hunger for the same
