I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at J.P. Morgan (Mumbai) in Sep 2015
Interview
The interview process was conducted in our campus. First we had an aptitude test having 4 sections: quants, verbal, analytical skills and programming questions( loops, conditional statements, predict the output etc). Each section had 20 questions and the time allotted was 20 minutes. The programming questions were tricky and time consuming. After the aptitude test, we had technical interview. The technical interview was based on the projects that were mentioned in the resume. The interviewer asked me to write down the logic of the some of the modules of the project and also to optimize it as much as possible. Concepts pertaining to database management system (nested queries, joins) and Java collection were also covered. After clearing the tech interview, the HR interview was held. Questions such as strengths, weaknesses etc were covered. The HR tried to rebut the answers in any and every possible way.
