I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Jacobs (Birmingham, England) in Dec 2017
Interview
Arrived on the day to find that there were only 4 people attending the assessment day and we were all there for different roles. Very short presentation by Jacobs and a 20 minute group activity with the need to present afterwards. Got taken off for an interview which lasted about 45-60 minutes and was with two Jacobs employees. Very pleasant interviewers who would help out whenever the answer was tough to get to. Promised to be in touch within 2 weeks so I'm waiting for them to contact me either way.
