I meet human resources hiring team at a career fair in university.
Gave my curriculum and got a phone call two weeks later.
Phone interview was a personality check, and overall skills and background check.
Was invited to an interview the same week at their plant. The interview was comfortable and not challenging, yet not regular.
I didn't get an offer, they look for CAD design background and skills, which I didn´t had at the time.

5 questions, all were very communication based, with people of different backgrounds, how you work together etc, and the started off the process giving you a chance to tell who you are.

A phone call to discuss the role and general introduction. The main part is the behavioral interview process, which doesn't have any questions specific to the role. I interviewed with two groups of two people, one hour each.
