One whole day, from breakfast when someone came to the hotel to pick up, then stopped by the HR department to meet the contact person, followed by the technical interviews with one-on-one interviews with department managers and others. SMART question-and-answer was used. Try to think about the past experiences where difficult situation and people were encountered.

5 questions, all were very communication based, with people of different backgrounds, how you work together etc, and the started off the process giving you a chance to tell who you are.

A phone call to discuss the role and general introduction. The main part is the behavioral interview process, which doesn't have any questions specific to the role. I interviewed with two groups of two people, one hour each.
