Interview
The final step was hold at the HQ in Moline,IL . I had interview with three manager for almost 3 hours.
Then they will ask you some question that is related to what they are doing and want to see how you can response and think out of box. It depends on the position, but they might ask you to present a presentation which is not related to your field and see how you handle that.

Mostly related to what you I did in the past and some questions from you Resume. The three panels ask me a couple same questions.
5 questions, all were very communication based, with people of different backgrounds, how you work together etc, and the started off the process giving you a chance to tell who you are.

A phone call to discuss the role and general introduction. The main part is the behavioral interview process, which doesn't have any questions specific to the role. I interviewed with two groups of two people, one hour each.
