I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Keller Williams (Navarre, FL) in Nov 2020
Interview
Disorganized, scattered, stressful environment where it was apparent that members of the “team” did not seem to work well or like one another, in spite of a feeble attempt to appear otherwise. I was asked personal questions at the office managers desk while she ate, drank and chewed in front of me, while continuing her work on the computer. It was insulting and disrespectful of my time and effort to prepare for the interview. I was instructed of the job scope as we then walked around a dirty office with overflowing trash receptacles, dirty dishes and clutter, as she explained that it would be my job to clean up after everyone! I asked about advancement and growth opportunities and expressed an interest in learning more about real estate and possible licensing etc. She snort laughed and it felt belittling. They offered $10/hr and said the owner would call me on Monday. It never happened. Good thing! Seemed like they were having a lot of trouble filling the position…need I say more?!

Very warm and inviting! Lovely ladies, lovely atmosphere!! Everyone greted you with a smile. The place of business was so beautiful and the interview it's self was one of the best I've had in my life!
I had a phone interview first and then in person. Got offered the job and then filled out paperwork. Pretty standard interview. Basic questions about strengths and weaknesses and how I have handled work problems in the past.
