Interview
There really isn't much of an interview process. Real Estate agents are 100% commission and as such most agencies, including Keller Williams Franchises are willing to take almost anyone. In actuality, the interview is really more for the agent to determine if this is an agency that they want to associate with. Agencies chase agents, not the other way around.
