Super easy interview process. Pre-interview phone call with store manager, then show up in person for one interview. As this is a front facing role, the questions are mostly based on customer service.
Good, easy to communicate, friendly. Talk about past experience and goals.Keen to provide a lot of support on future goals. Talk about the responsibility of the roles and teams. Really good experience.
