A recruiter reached out to me about the role. The process included: * Initial phone screen with recruiter * Phone screen with hiring manager * Online logic test * Online coding test * Technical discussion with 2 engineers over Skype After this, they flew me to Stockholm with accomodation included for a 2 night stay. On the day, I had 2 further interviews, one on planning out a feature with two engineers, which was quite fun - a broad architecture and customer-focused session. The other one was a coding test / pair programming session with a different set of engineers. I was shown around the office after and was told I had successfully passed the interviews and would be made an offer. I was also put in touch with relocation consultants to tell me about how Klarna would support my relocation. The recruiter was in contact through the whole process and it felt very friendly. I felt like I was getting to know the company a lot better as the interview stages progressed; and they were accomodating to my schedule and timeline.
