Stockholm HQ. Very lengthy process, it took 2 months for the first steps, and overall it had like 5 steps.
Very unorganized, not very focused on candidate experience, lack of feedback, very "machine-like" recruiting .
First they send you a logical generic test to solve online.
Then waiting for more than a month to get back with a rejection mail that after a minute apparently was a mistake...
Then scheduled phone interview for the next 2 weeks who was cancelled at the time of the meetings
Then I had to chase the recruiter to get a new time 20 days after that.
Then, finally talking with a human and having a real conversation about your actual experience and skills.
Then again that logical test, but now live (?)
Then a final email rejection because you didn't get the same score as before.
I can believe that they can reduce all people, experiences, diversity, skills in one universal logical test.
Are all people the same? Do all people has to think and be the same?
I think you are missing a lot of diversity by excluding so arbitrary people that don't score what you says its good enough.
Completely ghosted me after 1-hour interview where they promised reply soon. No information back at all about the decision. Shows all you need to know about the level of "professional" they are.

Interview
Klarna have an odd process. Some good interviews, but more upfront detail about them would be beneficial. The sourcing test is managed by a Sourcer, my experience was that this person is not a skilled interviewer. To improve experience I would suggest to have this step as a sourcing test only.
I was informed I would have received an offer if my comp expectations were lower. Which then just meant the process was a waste of time and something that could have been communicated up front. So communicating the ranges for each role you are being considered for would be helpful and potentially reduce churn.
