I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Knight Frank in Jul 2009
Interview
The process began with a presentation of the company being given. This was followed by an aptitude test (30min), Group discussion (30min) and subjective technical test(15min) on Day 1. there were around 15 candidates on day 1. After considering Day 1 results on an average, 3 of the candidates were called on DAy 2. On day 2, we had a psychometric test(10min) followed by a personal interview(10min). Finally, only 1 candidate was selected. On seeking feedback, we got to know that they were looking for complete freshers.
Academic records were also considered important. A lot of emphasis was given on theoretical knowledge.

Question 1
Questions were based on psychometric test/ more situational
I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Knight Frank (London, England)
Interview
There were 4 stages - the TA team were exceptional. They followed up in a timely manner. Very professional. Hiring manager kept moving things along. Communication was great through out the process. The TA colleague, called me, even after the interview to check in - which was lovely.
Three / four stage interviews, the company seems to value who they employ and ensures to get it right. The TA team kept me updated regularly and were extremely friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed the process.
Interview experience was bad. The interviewer gave personal remarks about something unrelated to the job and does not respect the candidate. Feels like I went there to be criticised instead of an interview session.
