I applied online. I interviewed at Kony (Austin, TX) in January 2017.

    Interview

Interviewed with who would become my direct manager at the time. She was extremely straight forward about work/life balance, day to day and what to expect overall. Rather than formal questions, I was able to summarize who I was, professionally.
I then did a brief standard interview with HR.

    Interview

I had a wonderful interview experience with this company. They were quick to follow up and respond to questions. I gained a comprehensive understanding of the position requirements and company structure from the initial interview. I accepted an offer from another company before completing the interview process but from what I experienced, this is a wonderful company to work for.

Got a phone screening interview with HR. Call lasted 15mins. The HR did not really want to know about my experience. Just went quickly to the salary question and why I wanted to leave the company. Was this interview to assess the market? Seriously. Stay away from this company.

I do know that once they know you are the right candidate they move very fast to get you on board. Questions will vary widely but will be focused on your indicated skill sets to determine if you really know your stuff. Expect to do a demo of something you are comfortable with or a skills test.
