Probably the worst interview experience I have ever had. I received a call from an unknown number at around 11 AM in the morning and the person said that we are going to have a casual techincal discussion at 4 PM and asked me if I will be free during that time. I thought she's an HR and thought this so-called technical discussion is to gather my details so I said I'm up for it. I get a call on my phone at around 4 PM and this time there was another person along with her on the call. Suddenly they start the interview which came out of blues to me. I was not expecting it at all! Also, I had a tonne of work to be done on that day as it was in the middle of office hours that I received the call. I couldn't do my interview well as I was constantly getting messages from my office teams. Usually, to conduct an interview, candidate is made aware of it at least 1 day prior and will be shared with a formal meeting invite so that he will make time for the interview. This was way too unprofessional as this was something that you would never expect. Too unprodessional Luxoft!
