The interview went well, it was an internship actually. There were 2 persons that asked me some questions about my experience and some questions about testing. This job required some experience about cars, about testing systems in the car, like sound system, radio system.
The recruitment process was smooth and efficient. After an initial HR call and a technical interview, I received an offer. The communication was clear and the overall experience was positive.
Over a two-month period, I applied to 10 different roles on the company's website and LinkedIn, including junior positions. I never received a single response or acknowledgment, which was a disappointing and frustrating experience reflecting a lack of respect for candidates' time.

Interview
The interview was quite serious and professional, with a structured approach to assessing my qualifications and experience, but at the same time, the interviewers were very kind and made me feel comfortable throughout the process, asking insightful questions and offering valuable feedback, which helped create a positive atmosphere during the entire discussion.
