Overall very professional, welcoming and kind interview panel. Questions were initially appropriate, but I currently work for a competitor and they quickly turned into more "information gathering" and seemed less about the role itself, or for me to provide examples of how I could execute something, and more about how my current employer "made things happen" they were struggling with. It was an odd tactic that made me disinterested in the offer.

The interview was in several steps. It started with a Face to Face interview. There were following interviews with multiple staff. The setting was casual. I enjoyed the interview process. There was explanations of benefits.
