Used an app that recorded video if my responses to questions. I Never spoke with anyone. I dressed how I would for any interview. It was very awkward and didn't go well. It was more difficult than i thought it would be because there wasn't a person to engage with.

Interview
Interview process went ok. It’s very long. Took a very long time to hear back from them as well. Avoiding have to jump through hoops to get hired. Manager was nice and so wasn’t the others.
Long and detailed. Had to provide copies of my degrees and diplomas. The recruiter was in NY and it was during the shutdown. Interviewed vis telephone as the zoom was not working.
