Job was posted on University website. I applied there. Was contacted within two days and set up an initial interview. My initial interview was one on one with the general manager. Over a week went by and was contacted for a second interview. Second interview was with direct supervisor. Then was contacted within two days offered the position. Then had paperwork and was officially hired within a few weeks of initial application date.

An application and online assessment, via the marrriott website. After this you set up an in-person interview on site.
However, it is an incredibly unprofessional and disorganized set up. Interviews typically happen after the scheduled time or are cancelled last minute. Very little appropriate introduction to the company's expectations for the role.

Very smooth and easy process from start to finish. They asked basic interview questions then situational questions. My first interview was with HR then the Front Office Team, then the General Manager.
