Interview
Three interviews, background check and drug test. Never went thru that much for a server position before. The GM had 5 pages of interview questions, no way to prep for all that. totally thought I blew it but got called for third interview and got the job.

Several open ended "describe a time when . . . ". Difficult to figure out if they want an example from business experience or personal life.
