Challenging questions but nothing that even a rookie director can’t handle. Very organized and the intake HR person was super professional and passionate. She seemed to genuinely care about me and the company at the same time.

Interview was very casual, with an emphasis on your experience as it pertains to the job you’re looking for. You meet with the hotel General manager and then have an interview with the RM

Phone interview with in-house recruiter. Asked about seven questions. Also took a very appropriate skills test asking both financial questions and management questions. The skills test was surprisingly fun and made the process.
