There is a test to be taken first. Then you can interview up to 3 managers with start questions. My suggestion is to think of situations you experience. Write down the problem, what you did, who helped you, and the resolution. You may used used the same example for multiple examples.

It was a super chill interview, they definitely used the STAR method and asked typical questions, including about how to deal with a rude guest, and how you deal with a rude or uncomfortable coworker.
