I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Mercer (Muncie, IN) in Oct 2011
Interview
I interview for Mercer's RSC at the Louisville location during my senior year of college after meeting the recruiters at a career day. I had to go through 2 half hour interviews with two separate recruiters. The interviewers we pretty laid back, asking more about my interests than qualifications and prior work experience. I did not have a good or bad feeling after leaving due to the types of questions. I believe they were confident in my qualifications in my resume and were trying to figure out if my personality with mesh in the Louisville office.
Very poorly, was contacted via LinkedIn (I didn't initially applied). The interviewer missed the first scheduled call and only wrote back after 5 days. Second scheduled interview was fine. Promised to give me feedback about salary range and send me further recruitment tests. Never got any feedback, seems very unorganized
