The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Meta (Rome)
Interview
My interview went very well but surprised me a lot. In 2 interviews they asked me regarding my family status and i answered frankly that I'm married with a child and I saw a change of attitude after my answer. It looks like they prefer to hire LGBTQ aligned people. I felt discriminated. But their position is really clear regarding this, so I shouldn't have been surprised that much. Clownish attitude.
I applied online. I interviewed at Meta (Limerick, Limerick) in Apr 2021
Interview
Seamless and easy process. The phone interview was more technical than i expected overall it was good. The technical interview were easier than expected but very tricky. Overall it was a good experience.

Recruiting screening, Tech screening and then 4 more interviews: one with the hiring manager, one with a senior team member, one was a second tech assessment and one was an interview about how you prioritize your work.
The recruiter was super helpful and always called me before each step to go over what the interview will be about, what they are looking to evaluate and give me tips on how to prepare. It was the most hands on and best interview process I've ever been on.
