Interview
I applied online, and got called in about a week later. Of course I was nervous as it was my first interview, but the store manager didn't help at all. It seemed as if he acted menacing to test me, and it honestly freaked me out. We discussed my work experience, and he told me about the company and its clubs, etc It made me feel nervous, as I didn't know if I should have commented on that or anything.
The whole thing lasted about 10-15 minutes. Really quick.
I dressed in Jeans, white tshirt, and a cardigan.
Just asked me my availability, why I want to work here, and about myself. It was super chill and the manager was nice too. Went in for a day and got shown to the backroom and it was a 10 minute experience. Afterwards they showed me around the store.

Basic interview processes with questions like how do you work with a team, can you be flexible in your work, the hours you can work, your learnability, a time you dealt with an unhappy customer
The interview was very relaxed but was in a professional setting. Nice managers and co workers. They were very friendly to talk to. Many were eager to answer any questions that I may have about the process or the job itself
