My interview was a one on one with Lauren Bell. She was really nice so I wasn't nervous at all. She asked me a few questions. During my interview I answered every single question smoothly and with ease while adding a touch of humor and while also showing my personality.

Question 1
What time do you wake up? What time can your work until? Would you be interested working overnight? Is working in a team important to you? What makes you happy about work? What wouldn't make you happy at work? Describe a great team? What makes you motivated?
Easy and quick, pretty laid back process. It's an initial phone call to screen/schedule an in person interview and then the in person interview lasted about 15 minutes. Pretty conversational and standard questions.
Fast. Very friendly. Questionnaire!!!! But process goes quick. Manager is friendly and interview went fine. Super friendly conversation. Seasonal is easier to enter. After season is over it is easy to stay as a permanent employee.

Easy questions, asking for availability. Mostly part time coworkers that they were looking for to fill in shifts. You should be knowledgeable in arts and craft suppies. Be enthusiastic and ready to learn
