Interviews went well. Four rounds of interviews were conducted. The first interview was with the recruiter. The other three interviews were 30 minutes long. Overall the interview process was standard.

Interview
It took a couple of months. Started with the recruiter, hiring manager, panel interview, plan president and then back to the hiring manager. Offer was received about a week after final interview.

Interview
I was referred by an internal director to the hiring VP. Gave my resume, hiring manager contacted recruiter to set up a quick screen call with me. 30 min screen call where the recruiter seemed to be rubber stamping my application. Set up a panel interview for the following week. Met with "peers" of the position applied for. Good experience with them. Two days later had a 3rd interview set up, this time with the hiring manager. Great feeling about this process, as there were actually multiple positions to be filled at this time. Three interviews within 2 weeks of sending my resume.
Each call was 30 mins, which seems a little short for a position of this caliber. The hiring manager was also very distracted during our 30 mins....working around the house while on the call. It was to be a video call, but I was the only one on video. Hiring manager actually said "that's very impressive" multiple times on the call in response to my responses.
Then I got ghosted. Zero feedback from anyone. The posting was removed from the company career site. My internal referral says no new members have been added to this team. My application status still says "interview" on the site. Then 2 weeks later the job was posted on the career site again. I emailed the VP hiring manager to ask about status and to reiterate my excitement for the position. I got a response that said they were still looking for candidates. But my application status hasn't been rejected or closed yet.
I'm very disappointed in the communication level from the company.
