I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Molina Healthcare (Columbus, OH) in Apr 2016
Interview
Standard interview. Was given a scenario of a patient with an illness and asked something along the lines of how would I educate the member, manage his case etc.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Molina Healthcare (Spring, TX)
Interview
I received a text and an email with an invite to interview with the recruiter (30 mins). During that interview the recruiter asked about me and then told me about the position. This was a screening interview in which I was recommended for the next step, an interview with management. My next interview was scheduled on the spot. I interviewed with the supervisor (the manager was suppose to join as well but had a schedule conflict). I think this was the least stressful interview I’ve been on while doing my job search. While the others felt like tests, this on felt more conversational.
