I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Molina Healthcare (Columbus, OH) in Jun 2012
Interview
The interview I had was with the supervisor I was to report to. Since that time the interviewing process has changed somewhat. Supervisors will usually do a phone interview and may or may not chose to have a panel of their team sit in on the interview process for the 1:1 interview to see if it appears that the team will respond well to the individual. Then after debriefing with the team members present at the interview will make an offer to the candidate they believe will best serve the team and company.
