The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Molina Healthcare in Feb 2023
Interview
Great interview process. I had a 30 Min interview with recruiter and the next stage was 1 HR Panel Interview with hiring manager and team.
Great company and culture which was exactly what I was looking for.
I chatted with a recruiter, then went through 2 interviews: one behavioral and one technical. The recruiting manager was able to expedite the process. I received an offer within the week. It was a pretty simple process.

I applied online. I interviewed at Molina Healthcare in Feb 2022
Interview
The recruiter reached out to me by email after I applied online. Their exact email was "Good afternoon, you applied for this position. When could we talk this week? I am eastern time." A little abrupt but whatever, we coordinated a time to talk and after the initial phone screen they moved me forward to an interview with the hiring manager. Overall it was a good conversation but not my best performance. Not expecting much, I emailed the recruiter a few days later to request an update or feedback and didn't hear back until a week or two had passed when I received a canned rejection email from the company ATS. Overall, thought that the recruiter could have been more professional but the hiring manager was a pleasure to speak with.
