Panel Interviews - 4 separate interviews back-to-back over 3 hours which made this round difficult as there wasn't much coordination between each of them so questions weren't succinct, information was disjointed and often you were repeating the same answers over and over again. I enjoyed the interviews with the staff that the role would be working with directly but I found the managers and higher ups to be less approachable or friendly.
