Very easy interview process. Applied online through their website. Had a phone Interview with HR then a video interview with the manager of the unit. Heard back within a week from HR and accepted the position

What would your current boss say is your strength, what would they say is your weakness
It took 6 weeks from interview to getting job. I think they don’t have a lot of HR people. Overall, it was an okay experience and people were nice. They answered all my questions.

The interview process was easy over zoom . I had two interviews with the nurse manger then hiring manger . Questions were easy and also they were very professional . The questions were about patients and time management .
