I shared my resume and got an interview call to meet face to face They asked me to apply online to their position Company informed me that their Sr management and HR will give me a call. Their HR took almost a month to give me a call and the only question she asked was how much salary I am looking for. After 2 days she email saying she has other candidates matching their job requirement. I do not think this is the right reason she gave. I know the technical interview was very well and the person interviewed me was very happy to see my profile.
