Nationstar Mortgage interview questions

The phone interview was very short and I never was contacted to let me know the status of my interview. It took an extremely long period of time for the organization to schedule an interview. Once I was contacted, the hiring manager was late to the interview and the questions she asked did not pertain the position I had applied. Overall, the interview was short and unprofessional considering I was not aware of the outcome of the interview until I contacted the Human Resource Department.

The First round was a onlline test basic apptitude,technical mcq and two programming question. The Second Round was a application development round the first 1 hr they gave us to design the model using ER diagram or any other diagrams and the next 1 hr to code. The third round was a Technical HR
