I applied online. I interviewed at Nationwide in Apr 2017
Interview
Interviews are structured as a case study (strategy), technicals (focused on accounting, finance, and econ), and leadership where you give a presentation on your leadership style. Then there is a group interview panel where multiple candidates are asked the same question.
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Nationwide (Columbus, OH) in Jan 2011
Interview
Did a resume drop and video questions, then was asked to go to Columbus for final-rounds. The interviews were pretty relaxed - 1 group interview, 1 group presentation, 1 case interview and 1 technical interview (on basic financial concepts and the current state of the market). Nothing too difficult, but also not easy to distinguish yourself from the other interviewees.
