it was very basic... one on one interview in a closed room sitting at a table. the interviewer was just reading questions off of a paper and writing down my answers... a bit odd... the entire time i maintained eye contact with him while answering... he just kept staring down at the paper and was writing my answers down.

pretty straightforward - apply, interview, role play, interview, interview -second interview was quite tough and then the role play was pretty structured with a few curveballs thrown in, so be prepared
