HR was pretty responsive at first. Email Conformation about Availability for Phone Screen and general questions.
Phone Screen : HR makes sure your background is matches with Job Desc. (10-15 Mins Interview)
2.) 30-45 Mins Phone Screen with Manager
Talked about Experiences and some questions answers in terms of technical related to your past exp.
3.) Onsite Interview 1 hour (approx.) Interview
Panel of 2 (but initially 3 were scheduled , Director was busy with meeting ,assuming )
will interview you on the basis of what you have written in your resume
Technical interview + Written Test
Simple 3 questions , ans in pseudo code
4.) After Onsite Interview no revert from HR its been over a month
i dropped two emails to HR asking for a revert, outcome of the onsite interview.
No Response so far, but i checked NetSuite Hiring Process (Super Slow)
