NetSuite Software Test Engineer interview questions

Took 3 weeks. I applied on linkedin. Got a email from recruiter the same day setting up a phone screen next day. Told me about what they do. Then a video webex Interview about algorithm and sql query. Then an onsite for 3 hr. 3 rounds. Testing round, algorithm then the manager. I did quite well and expressed my interest in the company and want the job. But the feeling is not mutual. Got their feedback the next week telling me “Unfortunately, the team decided to no longer pursue your candidacy.  Everyone debated this back and forth for several days because there were definitely positives in your interview with many people highlighting good things.  It really just came down to level and a lack of our ability to bring you on and mentor you” Seriously? NetSuite, an Oracle company, does not have some senior engineers that can mentor me? Just some BS from them. I have no idea why. I spent some much time and effort preparing for it. But they just don’t value it. Very disappointed

The interview has different phases - initial, technical, and final interview. Initial interview is with the HR. Technical interview is a panel interview with the Software QA Engineer team and the Manager who handles the team. Lastly, Final Interview is with the Director from US.
