The first interview was a telephone interview with HR. The discussion was based on my market research experience. If you are able to have an intelligent conversation about your experience, you are offered the opportunity to take an assessment. The assessment tests your reasoning skills and some workplace behavior. If you do well you are interviewed by a department executive.
A recruiter started with a quick phone chat to get to know ,e better. Asked about my background, experience, and why I'm interested in the role. Got a few behavioral questions to see if my values aligned with Nielsen’s culture.
An interview followed by an in person case study. The process was fairly straight forward but the case is not easy if you are not an analytical person to begin with.

It very easy. Basic question are asked. They ask what did I work as in previous company and how I can contribute to current role. Ask why I want to join the company.
