3.) Logic test to test your ability to trouble shooting.
Make sure you are confident in trouble shooting cause the logic test wasn't easy for you who have never experienced such field of market research, ie. interview questionnaires

Paper Test - a questionnaire is given to you that you need to point out all the unreasonable things and explain why.
The interview process was pretty straight forward. I interviewed with the Recruiter, hiring manager and Managers. They flew me out for the interview. Overall okay experience. Questions were okay as well.
