      UX Designer Interview

      Aug 8, 2025
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Nordeus in Aug 2025

      Interview

Overall, they have a very friendly and professional interview process. I derived a lot of enjoyment, although I failed the technical interview (second round). I did not get a personalised feedback, a rejection email felt like an AI-generated response. After the second interview you are typically given a take-home challenge you would need to work on and present after. Then, during the final stage you would expect an interview with someone from the management (CEO). Yes, they need to be extremely selective due to the high competition in the today's market and the number of qualified candidates. I would encourage you to apply if you already have a job and wish to challenge yourself or explore new opportunities. Otherwise, applying here could be a massive waste of time and a great disappointment to be rejected at the end. The entire hiring process feels overly complex – as if they were Google or Meta, which apparently doesn’t fit a company of their size and salary range.
