I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Northwestern Medicine (Chicago, IL) in May 2015
Interview
Simple. They will email you to schedule an interview. Days later there is a phone interview with HR. After this is complete you schedule an interview with management. After you shadow the department supervisor. The next part is a very long wait. The department can tell you they want to give you an offer but they have to wait for HR to schedule orientation and your physical so it takes time. It took about 4 weeks for mine.

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Northwestern Medicine in Jan 2022
Interview
The process was very easy; I applied online, got a call the following day, scheduled the video interview for the next day, and received an email for a job offer two days later. I always send a follow up email after an interview and that may have helped with how quickly I received an offer.
Be sure to know that during the video interviews there may be 4-5 people from the department on the call, so be prepared for a lot of questions.
Come prepared with your own questions to ask them.
