Worked with Nuance for last 2-1/2 years as a QC... resigned 6 months back with a releasing letter as MLS (direct uploader) and still waiting for my full-and-final settlement. Several mails given regarding the issues, none was replied. Being one of the market leaders, they have become high-fliers and employee satisfaction has gone out of their focus looking from do high. However, they might have forgotten that a chicken may not die while flying some feet above the earth, but a hawk's pieces should be too numerous to count if it falls from cloud high.

Applied on the website, called to set up an interview, interview including technical and behavioral questions, received offer one week after. The interviewers were really nice. The questions have nothing expected.

I had a 2 back-to-back 30 mins on-site interviews and both of them were mostly technical questions regarding programming languages that were listed on my CV along with few linux commands questions.

The white board question I had was to add 2 arrays of digits the same way we did back in elementary school.

No interview, it was a 3 hour proofing test. Taking 99% minimum in each of the files given is a must to qualify. After completing this phase, they call for oral interview which is just to tell about the salary structure and that is it.
