I applied through employee referral. I was contacted by the recruiting manager first, followed by a phone screen afterward. The process was well organized, efficient and responsive. Overall process took around 3 weeks. The onsite interview was with 4 engineers and the hiring manager. Interview questions were generally focused on past experiences, problem solving capability as well as algorithms, data structure/data manipulations w/ whiteboarding etc. All the similar experiences you would expect at any other tech companies in the valley. It was a positive experience overall.

Coding challenge followed by two phone screens.
On-site had 4 interviews+lunch interview.
The interviewers/recruiter were very friendly and were helpful throughout the process. The interviews pronged on my thinking abilities rather than asking knowledge based questions. This allowed us to have a comfortable open-ended conversations during the process.

The phone screens also test your fundamentals in systems computing. I had questions testing my knowledge and understanding of computer architecture and virtual memory
Focus was around your previous experiences. They grilled me on my concepts of operating systems, file systems, memory management and synchronization primitives.
