It’s was simple. Not hard. Asked about situations and how I would handle it. They asked me about how to deal with tough customer situations how to deal with customers who are looking for a specific outfits. They asked me about my compensation at the end. It was really straightforward. I mean it’s Old Navy.

Easy, Someone called me after I applied to set up interview. I went in and met with the store manager. I only had one interview and offered the next day!

Interview was very professional and a portion was an introduction to the job’s tasks, which I thought was very helpful. Interview was in store and on the sales floor. Interviewer was very personable and friendly.
