I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Old Navy (Toronto, ON) in Jul 2016
Interview
I applied online on an early Tuesday morning. In the evening I got a call from a Business and Training Manager, requesting an immediate phone interview. The phone interview was quick and then she told me to come in on Thursday and to bring something that I was passionate about. On Thursday, I did a quick interview session in store with 5 other applicants. First, she asked what we knew about Old Navy. I was the first to answer. Then she told us a little bit about the company. We then had to select a slip of paper that had a product from Old Navy written on it. We then had to find that product in store, learn as much as we can about it and then sell it to the manager. After that, we picked out another slip of paper with a scenario. We had to create an outfit for that scenario and sell it to the manager. After the, she pulled each of us aside individually and asked if I had any questions. A couple hours after the interview I got a call with an offer.
Easy, Someone called me after I applied to set up interview. I went in and met with the store manager. I only had one interview and offered the next day!
