Applied online and then received a call within a week. Did a walk-through of the store with the store manager as they explained how they work and what they look for in employees. Then we sat down in the office and discussed if I had any issues with customer service, monetary handling, or any major scheduling conflicts. I knew whether I had the job before I left the office.

Easy, Someone called me after I applied to set up interview. I went in and met with the store manager. I only had one interview and offered the next day!

They asked me about my availability and just some situational questions. I believe I may have also watched a video.
Interview was very professional and a portion was an introduction to the job’s tasks, which I thought was very helpful. Interview was in store and on the sales floor. Interviewer was very personable and friendly.
